What do I need to do:

All Diamond Service licensees are required to hold one (1) x $1.00 share in Diamond Service Australia Ltd.

You will also be required to sign a Trade mark and Sub-Licence agreement as well as a Contract of Service with St George Cabs Co-operative Limited for the purposes of managing Diamond Service Australia Pty Ltd.
